Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes how ZanimoWorld ("we", "us", or "our") processes and ships orders placed through zanimoworld.com.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that order processing time is separate from order transit time.
Order Transit Time
We currently ship to the United States only.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $100
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100
- Order Transit Time: 7–12 business days after processing
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes both order processing time and order transit time:
- United States: 9–15 business days total (2–3 days processing + 7–12 days transit)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ZanimoWorld is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with your local carrier or postal service, verifying delivery locations (neighbors, building management, mailroom), and filing a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist customers by providing any necessary shipping information upon request.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.
